––ADVARSLER: Faste billeder, også kendt som skærmindbrænding, kan forekomme på de fleste tv'er, hvis det samme billede vises kontinuerligt. De typiske årsager til faste billeder er logoer, der ikke bevæger sig på tv-skærmen. Disse logoer er normale i mange af de programmer, der modtages via en set-top box. For at minimere denne risiko skal du undgå stillbilleder i længere perioder og nedsætte lysstyrke- eller kontrastindstillingerne, så billedets intensitet mindskes. Længere tids visning af film og programmer i et andet formatforhold end tv'ets kan medføre fast billeder. Forsøg altid at undgå sorte kanter foroven og forneden ved at bruge zoomfunktionen. Den hjælper til at eliminere sorte kanter og tilpasser billedet til hele skærmområdet. Brug af spillekonsol kan medføre faste billeder og anbefales derfor ikke. Ved brug af pc skal du undgå visning af stillbilleder i længere perioder og nedsætte lysstyrke- eller kontrastindstillingerne, så billedets intensitet mindskes.
