Tinkama laikysena naudojant gaminį

•• Sėdėkite ištiesę nugarą.

•• Tarp akių ir ekrano turi būti 45–50 cm atstumas. Ekranas

turi būti šiek tiek žemiau akių lygio. Ekranas turi būti tiesiai

prieš akis.

•• Sureguliuokite kampą, kad šviesa neatsispindėtų nuo

ekrano.

•• Dilbius laikykite statmenus žastams, viename lygyje su

išorine plaštakos puse.

•• Alkūnės turi būti sulenktos stačiu kampu.

•• Sureguliuokite gaminio aukštį, kad galėtumėte sulenkti

kelius 90 laipsnių arba didesniu kampu, kulnus nuleisti ant

grindų, o rankas laikyti žemiau širdies lygio.
