•• Mantenere diritta la schiena.

•• Mantenere una distanza compresa tra i 45 e i 50 cm tra gli occhi e lo schermo; durante la visione, lo sguardo deve inoltre essere leggermente inclinato verso il basso. Guardare lo schermo da una posizione frontale.

•• Regolare l'angolazione in modo da non avere luce riflessa sullo schermo.

•• Mantenere gli avambracci perpendicolari all'omero e allo stesso livello delle mani.

•• Mantenere i gomiti ad angolo retto.

•• Regolare l'altezza del prodotto in modo da mantenere le ginocchia piegate a un angolo di circa 90 gradi o più, con i talloni appoggiati e gli avambracci al di sotto del livello del cuore.
