Προσαρμόστε τη γωνία της οθόνης, ώστε να μην

 

αντανακλάται φως πάνω της.

Διατηρήστε τους πήχεις σας κάθετους προς τους άνω

 

βραχίονές σας και στο ίδιο επίπεδο με το πίσω μέρος των

 

χεριών σας.

••

Διατηρείτε τους αγκώνες σας σε σχεδόν ορθή γωνία.

••

Προσαρμόστε το ύψος του προϊόντος, έτσι ώστε να

 

μπορείτε να διατηρείτε τα γόνατά σας λυγισμένα υπό γωνία

 

90 μοιρών ή μεγαλύτερη, τις φτέρνες σας σε επαφή με το

 

δάπεδο και τους βραχίονές σας σε χαμηλότερο ύψος από

 

την καρδιά σας.
