Παρέχει πληροφορίες σχετικά με το βασικό προφίλ του σώματός σας, την πρόοδο της άσκησης και την επίτευξη των στόχων σας.

Η επιλογή "Επεξεργασία" σάς επιτρέπει να αλλάζετε και να προσαρμόζετε τους στόχους της εκγύμνασής σας.

Επιλογή προγραμμάτων άσκησης

Το Fitness προβάλλει ένα πλήθος βίντεο και προγραμμάτων άσκησης που μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε για να διευκολυνθείτε στην επίτευξη των στόχων σας. Η λήψη καθενός από αυτά τα βίντεο και τα προγράμματα πρέπει να γίνει μέσα από το Samsung Apps. Τα βίντεο με την ετικέτα VOD (Video on Demand) αποτελούν μέρος μιας ομάδας από δωρεάν βίντεο με ασκήσεις. Συνιστούμε να εκτελέσετε πρώτα λήψη αυτών.

Για τη λήψη ενός προγράμματος ή βίντεο VOD, ακολουθήστε τα παρακάτω βήματα:

1.Στην οθόνη Fitness, επισημάνετε και επιλέξτε ένα πρόγραμμα. Εμφανίζεται ένα μήνυμα που σας ρωτά εάν θέλετε να μεταβείτε στο Samsung apps.

2.Επιλέξτε Ναι. Εμφανίζεται η οθόνη Samsung Apps.

✎✎Αυτό ενδέχεται να διαρκέσει λίγα λεπτά.

3.Εάν αυτή είναι η πρώτη φορά που εκτελέσατε λήψη ενός προγράμματος ή βίντεο VOD, θα μεταβείτε στο σημείο λήψης της εφαρμογής βίντεο VOD, από όπου θα έχετε τη δυνατότητα λήψης και αναπαραγωγής όλων των βίντεο άσκησης VOD.

4.Ακολουθήστε τις οδηγίες στην οθόνη, για να εκτελέσετε λήψη της εφαρμογής βίντεο VOD.

5.Αφού εκτελέσετε λήψη της εφαρμογής βίντεο, πατήστε αρκετές φορές το RETURNR, προκειμένου να επιστρέψετε στην οθόνη Fitness.

6.Μπορείτε πλέον να προβείτε στην επιλογή και την αναπαραγωγή οποιουδήποτε βίντεο VOD.

✎✎Κατά τη διάρκεια της αναπαραγωγής αυτών των βίντεο, το Fitness σημειώνει το βίντεο που χρησιμοποιείτε και υπολογίζει τον αριθμό των θερμίδων που κάψατε με βάση το βίντεο.
