Viewing Events

To view your scheduled events:

1.Press Menu ( ) to access the main menu.

2.Select Tools ( ).

3.Select Scheduler ( ).

4.Using your navigation key, highlight the day for which you would like to view events and select

View ( ). (If you have events scheduled for the selected day, they will be listed in chronological

order).

Tip:	In the calendar view, days with events scheduled are
	highlighted.

5.To display the details of an event listed in the schedule, highlight it and press .

There are several icons listed at the bottom of the screen when you view the calendar. These icons represent the different labels associated with the scheduled events. When a day is selected, the counter will tell you how many total events are scheduled for that day and the icons will give you the label count for each event.
