Sound Mode

Your micro-compact system is equipped with a preset equalizer that allows you to choose the most appropriate balance between treble and bass frequencies, according to the type of music you are listening to.

Press EQ on the remote control. Each time you press EQ,the EQ model will switch in the following order:

OFF; FLAT ;RANCHA ; SAMBA ; CUMBIA ; HABANA ; BOOMBA;REGGAE ; PARTY ; POP ; HIPHOP; ROCK;JAZZ ; CLASS ; STA+EQ; DYN+S;MP3+ ; VIR+S .

Mute Function

This is useful when answering a doorbell or telephone call.

1.Press MUTE button:

`` ‘ MUTE ’ appears in the display.

`` To switch the sound back on, press the MUTE button again or the VOL-, + button.

✎✎NOTE

`` The equalizer is set to "OFF" automatically and becomes not available during a CD recording.

`` This function is not available during playback of a DVD disc.

POWER BASS

Your micro-compact system has a bass amplification function called Power Bass.This function makes the sound more powerful and real.

1.Press the SOUND button on the remote control.

Result: “POWER BASS ON” is displayed.

2.To cancel this function, press this button again, “POWER BASS OFF” is displayed for a few seconds.

✎✎NOTE

`` The Power Bass is set to "OFF" automatically and becomes not available during a CD recording.

Display Function

You can view all functions available on the display, adjust the brightness of the display.

1.Each time you press the DISPLAY button on the remote control, the display mode will change as following:

All functions available on the system appear on the front panel display.

`` The Dimmer function

The Dimmer function is selected and the display
