B. A garanciára vonatkozó korlátozások

A jelen dokumentumban meghatározott garancia nem érvényes a következő esetekben: (i) ha a Terméket nem a termékhez biztosított útmutatónak megfelelően használták, (ii) ha a Terméket nem rendeltetésszerűen (például, ha az SDD 830 sorozatú eszközt vállalati kiszolgálórendszerben, munkaállomásban, adattároló rendszerben vagy PC gyorsítótárban) használták,

(iii)ha a felmerülő üzemzavar vagy hiba egy harmadik féltől származó termék, szoftver vagy komponens jelenlétéből következett, függetlenül annak engedélyezett voltától, (iv) bármely üzemzavar vagy hiba esetén, ha az nem megfelelő beszerelésből, helytelen használatból, arra nem jogosult személy által végzett javításból, módosításból vagy balesetből származik, illetve (v) bármely más olyan körülmény esetén, amelyet a SAMSUNG a jelen Megállapodás Ön általi megszegéseként értékel.

Elfogadja és betartja, hogy a Termék nem használható életfenntartó rendszerekben, illetve olyan egyéb alkalmazásokban, ahol a meghibásodás személyi sérülést vagy halált okozhat. A SAMSUNG elhárít mindennemű felelősséget, amely a Termék ilyen jellegű felhasználásához kapcsolódik, abból következik vagy azzal összefüggésbe hozható.

A SAMSUNG által biztosított garancia nem érvényes például a nem megfelelően csomagolt, módosított vagy fizikailag sérült állapotban beérkezett Termékekre. A termékeket beérkezésükkor megvizsgálják. Az alábbiakban olvasható a garanciavesztési okok nem teljes listája.

yy Nem megfelelő csomagolás vagy szállítás (beleértve a nem szabványos szállítódoboz használatát)

yy A Termék bármilyen változtatása, módosítása, illetve fizikai sérülése (például mélyebb karcolódása)

yy A Terméken található SAMSUNG címkék és vonalkódok bármelyikének megváltoztatása, módosítása, illetve eltávolítása

yy Felnyitott SSD-burkolat

yy Módosított vagy hiányzó zárószalag vagy sorozatszám
