(a továbbiakban:„Termék”). A Samsung nagyra értékeli ügyfeleit, és mindig

 

igyekszik a lehető legjobb színvonalú szolgáltatást nyújtani.

 

KÉRJÜK, HOGY A SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS ZRT. („SAMSUNG”) TERMÉKÉNEK

 

HASZNÁLATBA VÉTELE ELŐTT FIGYELMESEN OLVASSA EL AZ ALÁBBI

 

GARANCIÁLIS FELTÉTELEKET. A TERMÉK HASZNÁLATÁVAL ELFOGADJA A JELEN

 

SAMSUNG SSD GARANCIAVÁLLALÁSI NYILATKOZATOT („MEGÁLLAPODÁS”).

 

AMENNYIBEN NEM FOGADJA EL A MEGÁLLAPODÁS FELTÉTELEIT, NE

 

HASZNÁLJA A TERMÉKET.

 

 

A. Garancia

A SAMSUNG az alábbi feltételek szerint garantálja a Termék eredeti

 

végfelhasználója vagy vásárlója („Ön”) számára a Termék gyártási- és

 

anyaghibáktól való mentességét.

 

Amennyiben a SAMSUNG saját belátása szerint megállapítja, hogy a Termék

 

gyártás során előállt anyaghiba következtében nem felel meg normál használat

 

mellett a meghirdetett műszaki paramétereknek, úgy amíg a termék az Ön

 

tulajdonában van, a SAMSUNG – a jelen Megállapodásban leírt feltételekkel és

 

kizárásokkal – vállalja, hogy saját döntése szerint (1) megjavítja, vagy azonos

 

vagy nagyobb kapacitású és teljesítményű új vagy felújított darabra cseréli a

 

Terméket; vagy (2) az esetleges árengedményekkel csökkentett értékű jóváírást

 

ad a jelen Megállapodás E pontjában leírtak szerint. Csere esetén a SAMSUNG

 

lecserélheti az Ön Termékét olyan korábban használt, javított darabra,

 

amely tesztelésen esett át, és megfelelt a SAMSUNG által meghatározott

 

paramétereknek. Ez a garanciavállalás csak Önre érvényes, és nem átruházható.

 

A garancia érvényesítéséhez szükség lehet a vásárlás igazolására.
