D.Vorgehensweise und Richtlinien bei Rücksendung

SAMSUNG leistet keine Garantie, wenn die Ansprüche nicht in genauer Übereinstimmung mit dem Rücksendeverfahren gestellt werden. Wenn Sie weitere Informationen zum Garantieservice und Kundendienst benötigen, wenden Sie sich an einen autorisierten SAMSUNG Kundendienst oder besuchen Sie www.samsung. com/SSD. Unter der Telefonnummer +1-800-SAMSUNG erhalten Sie Informationen über den Standort eines autorisierten SAMSUNG Kundendiensts und Zugriff

auf das automatisierte SAMSUNG Kundendienstverzeichnis. Anrufer außerhalb der USA können diesen Dienst über einen Anruf beim autorisierten SAMSUNG Kundendienst ihrer Region erreichen. Gegebenenfalls werden Sie um Angabe von Namen, Anschrift, Telefonnummer, E-Mail-Adresse und Seriennummer des Produkts gebeten. Sie erhalten dann eine RMA-Nummer (Return Material Authorization), die bei der Rücksendung des Produkts an SAMSUNG angegeben werden muss.

An SAMSUNG zurückzusendende Produkte müssen entweder ordnungsgemäß in der Originalverpackung oder in einer Verpackung, die der Originalverpackung entspricht, an die bei der Ausgabe der RMA-Nummer angegebene Adresse gesendet werden. Eine nicht genehmigte Rücksendung, d. h. eine Rücksendung, für die keine RMA-Nummer ausgegeben wurde oder die nicht ordnungsgemäß verpackt wurde, wird auf Ihre Kosten an Sie zurückgesendet. Der Kunde muss die Kosten für den Versand an den Kundendienst tragen und SAMSUNG trägt die Kosten für den Versand des Austauschprodukts an den Kunden, wenn der Austausch von SAMSUNG für notwendig erachtet wurde.

Es wird empfohlen, die Produkte mit einem Paketdienst an SAMSUNG zu versenden, der eine Sendungsverfolgung anbietet, da SAMSUNG nicht für Schäden oder Verluste haftet, die beim Transport des Produkts entstehen. SAMSUNG empfiehlt weiterhin, alle Daten auf dem Produkt vor dem Versand an SAMSUNG zu sichern. Im Falle eines Austauschs geht das Eigentum des Originalprodukts an SAMSUNG über und SAMSUNG sendet das Originalprodukt nicht an Sie zurück. Die Wiederherstellung von Daten ist nicht Teil dieser Garantie und nicht Teil der Reparatur oder des Austauschs. SAMSUNG ist in keinem Fall für Verlust oder Beschädigung von Daten haftbar.
