i bedriftsserversystemer, på arbeidsstasjone, lagringssystemer eller PC- hurtigbufferminner), (iii) eventuelle feil eller skader har oppstått på grunn av at Produktet er brukt sammen med et produkt, en programvare eller en komponent fra en annen leverandør, uansett om dette er godkjent eller ikke,

(iv)eventuelle feil eller skader er resultat av feil installasjon, feilbruk, uautorisert reparasjon, modifikasjon eller ulykke, og (v) det finnes andre omstendigheter som SAMSUNG fastslår at er bevis på at Du har brutt denne Avtalen.

Du godtar at Produktet ikke skal brukes i overlevelsesutstyr eller andre bruksområder hvor driftsfeil kan føre til personskader eller dødsfall. SAMSUNG fraskriver seg alt ansvar i forbindelse med, på grunn av eller relatert til slik bruk av Produktet.

SAMSUNGs garanti dekker ikke Produkter som for eksempel mottas med mangelfull emballasje, som er endret, eller som har fysiske skader. Produktene vil bli inspisert ved mottak. Du kan se en mer omfattende liste med eksempler på garantibegrensningene nedenfor.
