To insert the memory stick proceed as follows:

Ensure you Insert the Memory Stick into the slot with the correct orientation (Name Up) so that the Memory Stick will operate properly and be recognized by the computer.

1.Slide the Memory stick into the slot until you feel the first latch catch.2.Then push the Memory stick in until it clicks into place.
