Koostisained 2 spl oliiviõli, 500 g veisehakkliha, 500 ml tomatikastet, 100 ml loomalihapuljongit, 150 g kuivatatud lasanjeplaate, 1 sibul (hakitud), 200 g riivjuustu, 1 tl kuivatatud peterselli, punet, basiilikut

Valmistamine Valmistage tomati-hakklihakaste. Kuumutage pannil õli, seejärel praadige hakkliha ja sibulat umbes 10 minutit, kuni kõik on pruunistunud. Valage peale tomatikaste ja puljong, lisage kuivatatud ürdid. Ajage keema, seejärel kuumutage 30 min. Keetke lasanjeplaadid läbi vastavalt pakendil olevatele juhistele. Laduge kiht lasanjeplaate, pange sellele hakklihakaste ja seejärel juustu ning korrake. Seejärel puistake ülejäänud juust ühtlaselt lasanjeplaadikihile ja küpsetage.

Koostisained • Koogipõhi: 275 g jahu, 1/2 spl soola, 125 g valget peeneteralist suhkrut, 8 g vanillisuhkrut, 175 g külma võid, 1 muna (vahustatud)

Täidis: 750 g tugevaid terveid õunu, 1 spl sidrunimahla, 40 g suhkrut, 1/2 spl kaneeli, 50 g seemneteta rosinaid, 2 spl riivsaia

Valmistamine Sõeluge jahu koos soolaga suurde kaussi. Sõeluge kastoorsuhkur ja vanillisuhkur. Kasutage kahte nuga ja lõigake või läbi jahu väikesteks tükkideks. Lisage 3/4 vahustatud muna. Segage kõik koostisained köögikombainis, kuni tekib murenev mass. Vormige tainast käte vahel pall. Pange tainas kilesse ja jätke jahedasse kohta umbes 30 minutiks. Määrige lahtikäiv vorm (läbimõõduga 24–26 cm) ja puistake pind jahuga üle. Rullige 3/4 tainast 5 mm paksuseks tükiks. Pange vormi (põhjale ja külgedele).

Koorige õunad ja eemaldage südamikud. Lõigake umbes 3/4 x 3/4 cm suurusteks tükkideks. Pihustage õuntele sidrunimahla ja segage korralikult. Peske ja kuivatage seemneteta rosinad. Lisage suhkur, kaneel ja seemneteta rosinaid. Segage korralikult ja puistake taina põhjale riivsaia. Vajutage kergelt. Rullige ülejäänud tainas lahti. Lõigake tainas väikesteks ribadeks ja pange need risti täidisele. Pintseldage pirukale ühtlaselt ülejäänud lahtiklopitud muna.
