Verwenden des Memory Stick-Steckplatzes

Seit Neuestem sind Memory Sticks als transportable Speichergeräte ähnlich populär wie Disketten. Sie sind zur Verwendung mit vielen digitalen Geräten wie Digitalkameras, PDAs usw. weit verbreitet. Memory Sticks können einfach eingesetzt, Daten darauf gespeichert und diese dann entnommen werden.

Treffen Sie zunächst eine Entscheidung über das tatsächlich benötigte Speichervolumen, und erwerben Sie dann einen Memory Stick mit der gewünschten Speichermenge. Derzeit beträgt das größte erhältliche Speichervolumen eines Memory Sticks 128 MB. MagicGate-Sticks werden nicht unterstützt.

1.Schieben Sie vorsichtig einen Memory Stick in den Steckplatz. Das Logo muss dabei nach oben zeigen.

2.Klicken Sie auf Start > Arbeitsplatz, und doppelklicken Sie auf das Memory

Stick-Symbol (), um dessen Inhalt anzuzeigen.

3.Um einen Memory Stick aus dem Steckplatz zu entnehmen, drücken Sie ihn leicht hinein. Wenn der Memory Stick ausgeworfen wird, ziehen Sie ihn heraus.

So formatieren Sie einen Memory Stick

Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf den Buchstaben des Memory Stick- Laufwerks, und klicken Sie auf Formatieren. Klicken Sie im Dialogfeld Formatieren auf Start.

So schützen Sie in einem Memory Stick gespeicherte Daten Um das Überschreiben oder Löschen der Daten im Memory Stick zu verhindern, bewegen Sie die Schiebesicherung in die gesperrte Position.

So entnehmen Sie einen Memory Stick unter Windows 2000

Warten Sie nach dem Ausführen einer Vorgangs wie Formatieren, Kopieren oder Löschen mindestens 20 Sekunden.
