Neveikia „CI+“.

•• Jūsų „Samsung“ televizorius atitinka „CI+ 1.4“ standartus.

•• Jei „CI+“ bendrosios sąsajos modulis yra nesuderinamas su šiuo prietaisu, išimkite modulį ir kreipkitės pagalbos į „CI+“ operatorių.

Nuotolinio valdymo pultas neveikia.

•• Patikrinkite, ar jums paspaudus nuotolinio valdymo pulto maitinimo mygtuką mirksi maitinimo indikatorius televizoriaus apačioje. Jei nemirksi, pakeiskite nuotolinio valdymo pulto baterijas.

•• Įsitikinkite, kad baterijos įdėtos tinkamai suderinus poliškumą (+/–).

•• Bandykite nukreipti nuotolinio valdymo pultą tiesiai į televizorių 1,5–1,8 m atstumu.

•• Jei su televizoriumi gavote Išmanusis „Samsung“ nuotolinio valdymo pultas („Bluetooth“ pultą), nepamirškite susieti jo su televizoriumi.

Kabelinės televizijos arba palydovinės televizijos priedėlio nuotolinio valdymo pultu nepavyksta įjungti ar išjungti televizoriaus ar reguliuoti garso.

•• Suprogramuokite kabelinės televizijos arba palydovinės televizijos priedėlio nuotolinio valdymo pultą taip, kad juo būtų galima valdyti televizorių. „Samsung“ televizoriaus kodą rasite kabelinės televizijos arba palydovinės televizijos priedėlio naudotojo vadove.

Po 5 minučių išsijungia televizoriaus nuostatos.

•• Televizorius veikia režimu Mažmeninės prekybos režimas. Pakeiskite Naudojimo režimas meniu Bendra į Namų režimas ( > Nustatymai > Bendra > Sistemos tvarkytuvė > Naudojimo režimas > Namų režimas).

Su pertrūkiais veikiantis „Wi-Fi“

•• Įsitikinkite, kad televizoriuje yra tinklo ryšys ( > Nustatymai > Bendra > Tinklas > Tinklo būsena).

•• Įsitikinkite, kad teisingai įvestas belaidžio ryšio slaptažodis.

•• Patikrinkite atstumą tarp televizoriaus ir modemo / maršrutizatoriaus. Atstumas neturi viršyti 15,2 m.

•• Sumažinkite trikdžius nenaudodami belaidžių įrenginių arba juos išjungdami. Taip pat patikrinkite, ar tarp televizoriaus ir modemo / maršruto parinktuvo nėra kliūčių. („Wi-Fi“ stiprumą gali susilpninti prietaisai, mobilieji telefonai, akmens sienos / židiniai ir pan.)
