Horní zásuvka mrazničky

● V této zásuvce můžete skladovat zabalené zmražené potraviny jako např. zmrzlinu a slaninu.

Prostřední/Spodní zásuvka mrazničky

●V této zásuvce skladujte čerstvé maso a ryby nebo

sušené potraviny, které jsou rozděleny do porcí vhodné velikosti.

Balení potravin

Poznámka

Balte potraviny do porcí vhodné velikosti, které odpovídají počtu členů vaší domácnosti.

Porce ovoce a zeleniny by neměly být nikdy těžší než 1 kg, zatímco porce masa mohou mít hmotnost až 2,5 kg.

Menší porce se zmrazí rychleji a díky tomu je jejich kvalita po rozmrazení a při přípravě pokrmu lepší. Před zmražením je důležité zabalit potraviny do vzduchotěsných sáčků nebo nádob, které zamezí ztrátě aroma nebo dehydrataci.

Zabalte potraviny, vytlačte vzduch a vzduchotěsně sáček nebo nádobu uzavřete.

Materiály vhodné k balení potravin:

Igelitové sáčky, pružné fólie na potraviny, hliníkové fólie a nádoby do mrazničky. Tyto položky můžete zakoupit u kteréhokoliv prodejce.

Materiály nevhodné k balení potravin:

Balicí papír, pergamenový papír, celofán, sáčky do košů nebo použité igelitové tašky.

Materiály vhodné k utěsňování:

Gumičky, plastové příchytky, provázky, pásky do mrazničky nebo podobné materiály. Plastovou fólii a sáčky můžete tepelně zatavit pomocí speciální zatavovací žehličky nebo lisu.

Před vložením balíčku do mrazničky doporučujeme tento balíček zřetelně označit pomocí štítku, na kterém je uveden obsah a datum zmražení.
