FÖRVARINGS AV KYLDA OCH FRYSTA LIVSMEDEL

Observera följande när du lägger in livsmedel.

A. Kyldelen

• Se till att varma matvaror och drycker har

svalnat innan du lägger in dem i kyl/frysskåpet.

 

• Se till att maten är väl förpackad eller täckt

 

innan den läggs in. Därmed bevarar du maten

 

fräsch och förhindrar att den torkar ut eller

 

förlorar sin färg och smak. Dessutom undviker

 

du att olika matvaror tar smak av varandra.

 

Grönsaker, frukt och sallad behöver inte

 

förpackas, förutsatt att de förvaras i kylens

 

grönsaksutrymme.

 

• Låt aldrig olja eller fett komma i kontakt med

 

plastdetaljerna eller dörrtätningen, eftersom

 

dessa material lätt blir porösa.

 

• Förvara aldrig explosiva ämnen i

 

kyl/frysskåpet. Starksprit får endast förvaras

 

stående i väl förslutna flaskor.

 

•Se till att utrymmet mellan hyllan och den bakre väggen i det slutna området är 10 mm för luftcirkulationens skull.

• Här förvaras färdiglagad mat, i burkar med lock, under begränsad tid.

Kombifack

• Här kan livsmedelförpackningar av mindre format förvaras, t.ex. smör, mjölk, yoghurt och drycker.

Flaskhyllor

• Förvara enliters mjölkförpackningar, ölflaskor och juice på den övre hyllan, och 1,5 litersflaskor på den undre.
