Asennusongelma (PC-tila)

Näyttö menee itsestään päälle ja pois päältä.

Tarkista laitteen ja tietokoneen välisen johdon kytkentä ja varmista, että johto on kytketty tiukasti paikoilleen.

Näytön jokaisessa neljässä reunassa näkyy tyhjää tilaa, kun DP-, HDMI- tai HDMI-DVI-kaapeli kytketään tuotteen ja tietokoneen väliin.

Näytöllä näkyvä tyhjä tila ei johdu tuotteesta.

Näytöllä näkyvä tyhjä tila johtuu tietokoneen näytönohjaimesta. Ratkaise ongelma säätämällä näytön kokoa näytönohjaimen HDMI- tai DVI-asetuksista.

Jos näytönohjaimen asetusvalikossa ei ole näytön koon asetusvaihtoehtoa, päivitä näytönohjaimen ohjain sen viimeisimpään versioon.
