∙All Rebates and Spiffs will be paid out based on electronic POS claims submitted by distribution.

∙Claims to be submitted by distributor within (15) days to Samsung Electronics Canada Inc.

∙Products must be invoiced within the promotional period to qualify. NO Backorders will be honored.
