Overføre data fra din gamle enhet

Du kan overføre data fra en gammel enhet til en ny enhet via Samsung Smart Switch. Følgende versjoner av Samsung Smart Switch er tilgjengelige.

•Mobilversjon: Overfør data mellom mobilenheter. Du kan laste ned appen fra Galaxy Apps eller Play Butikk.

•Datamaskinversjon: Overfør data mellom enheten og en datamaskin. Du kan laste ned appen fra www.samsung.com/smartswitch.

•Samsung Smart Switch støttes ikke på alle enheter og datamaskiner.

•Begrensninger gjelder. Gå til www.samsung.com/smartswitch hvis du vil ha mer informasjon. Samsung tar opphavsretten på alvor. Bare overfør innhold som du eier eller som du har rett til å overføre.

Overføre data fra en mobilenhet

Overfør data fra den gamle enheten til den nye.

Når du slår på den nye enheten for første gang, trykker du på Last ned og åpne i sprettoppvinduet for Smart Switch-installering for å installere appen. Alternativt kan du laste ned og installere Smart Switch fra Galaxy Apps eller Play Butikk.

Start Smart Switch, og følg instruksjonene på skjermen for å overføre data fra din tidligere enhet.

Overføre data fra en datamaskin

Sikkerhetskopier data fra den gamle enheten til en datamaskin og importer data til den nye enheten.

Besøk www.samsung.com/smartswitch på datamaskinen for å laste ned Smart Switch.

Start Smart Switch på datamaskinen.

Hvis den gamle enheten ikke er en Samsung-enhet, kan du sikkerhetskopiere data til en datamaskin med et program som er levert av enhetens produsent. Hopp deretter til det femte trinnet.
