Nulstilling af enheden

Hvis ovenstående metoder ikke løser problemet, skal du nulstille enheden til fabriksstandarder.

På skærmen apps trykkes på Indstillinger →Generel administration →Nulstil →Nulstil til fabriksstandard →NULSTIL →SLET ALT. Før du udfører nulstilling til fabriksstandarder, skal du huske at lave sikkerhedskopier af alle vigtige data, der er gemt på enheden.
