Mjerenje i bilježenje brzine otkucaja vašeg srca.

Funkcija pratitelja brzine otkucaja srca namijenjena je za samo fitnes i ima informativnu namjenu te nije namijenjena za dijagnosticiranje bolesti ili drugih stanja ili za liječenje, ublažavanje, tretiranje ili sprječavanje bolesti.

Vodite računa o sljedećim stanjima prije mjerenja brzine otkucaja srca:

•Odmorite se 5 minuta prije mjerenja.

•Ako se izmjerena brzina otkucaja srca znatno razlikuje od očekivane odmorite se 30 minuta i nakon toga ponovo izmjerite brzinu otkucaja srca.

•Tijekom zime ili za hladna vremena budite na toplom tijekom mjerenja brzine otkucaja srca.
