•Atjunkite įkroviklį nuo prietaiso ir išjunkite bet kokias veikiančias programas. Palaukite, kol prietaisas atvės, tuomet iš naujo pradėkite krauti prietaisą.

•Jei apatinė prietaiso dalis perkasta, taip gali nutikti dėl pažeisto prijungto USB laido. Pakeiskite pažeistą USB laidą nauju,„Samsung“ patvirtintu laidu.

•Naudodami belaidį įkroviklį, tarp prietaiso ir belaidžio įkroviklio nedėkite kitų daiktų, tokių kaip metalinių objektų, magnetų ir kortelių su magnetinėmis juostelėmis.

Belaidžio arba sparčiojo įkrovimo funkcija veikia tik palaikomuose modeliuose.
