Kai mankštinatės ausinėms esant prijungtoms prie mobiliojo prietaiso mankštos programų, galite pasitikrinti pulso dažnį realiu laiku. Taip pat galite pasitikrinti mankštos informacijos detalią informaciją ir istoriją prijungto mobiliojo prietaiso„S Health“ programoje.

Jei jau pradėjote ausinėse girdimą mankštą, negalite valdyti mankštos užsiėmimo per mobiliojo prietaiso„S Health“ programą. Pabaikite dabartinį užsiėmimą paliesdami jutiklinį kilimėlį ir palaikydami bei atleisdami jį išgirdę„Finish workout“.

Mobiliojo prietaiso programų ekrane palieskite S Health.

„Gear IconX“ automatiškai pridedama prie„S Health“ programos priedų sąrašo.

„S Health“ programoje palieskite PRADĖTI veiklos sekimo valdiklyje.

Pasileis 3 sekundžių atvirkštinio skaičiavimo laikmatis. Kai laikmatis rodys„0“, pradėkite mankštą.

•Jei atstumas tarp ausinių ir mobiliojo prietaiso yra didesnis nei 5 m, ausinės ir mobilusis prietaisas atsijungs, o garsinis gidas pasakys„Disconnected“. Norėdami tęsti mankštą, padėkite prietaisus iki 5 m atstumu vienas nuo kito. Kai išgirsite„Connected“, po to „Workout resumed“, pabūkite ramiai, kol pasibaigs garsinis gidas, tuomet pradėkite mankštintis.

4 Pabaigę mankštintis palieskite PAUZĖ →STABDYTI veiklos sekimo valdiklyje. Ausinės nustos įrašinėti mankštos informaciją ir parodys mankštos rezultatus.

Ausinėms ir„Samsung Gear“ programai bus naudojamas„S Health“ programoje nustatytas profilis ir atstumo vienetai. Jei„S Health“ neatnaujinta, ji gali neprisijungti prie ausinių. Patikrinkite„S Health“ versijos informaciją ir atnaujinkite jos versiją į naujausią.
