Mida y registre su frecuencia cardíaca.

•La aplicación de frecuencia cardíaca del Gear está diseñada para propósitos de bienestar y consulta, y no deberá usarla para el diagnóstico de enfermedades u otros trastornos, o para la cura, el alivio, el tratamiento o la prevención de enfermedades.

•Para medir su frecuencia cardíaca de forma más precisa con el Gear, colóquese el Gear firmemente alrededor del antebrazo y por encima de la muñeca. Consulte Llevar el Gear correctamente para obtener más detalles.

Tenga en cuenta las siguientes condiciones antes de medir su frecuencia cardíaca:
