Para los datos de calorías quemadas se tiene en cuenta su tasa metabólica basal (BMR), que se calcula utilizando la información de su perfil. Al comprarlo, el Gear muestra los datos de calorías quemadas basándose en la hora actual.

•Sueño: este valor indica la duración de su tiempo de sueño.

•Ligera: este valor indica el tiempo empleado en realizar actividades suaves, como un paseo suave.

•Saludable: este valor indica si ha realizado ejercicio con o sin la función Ejercicio.

•Inactivo: este valor indica el tiempo empleado sin moverse durante una hora o más. Para ayudarle a mantenerse activo, el Gear le animará a que se mueva después de 50 minutos de inactividad.

Ejercicio

Puede registrar su información de ejercicio físico, como la duración, la distancia y las calorías quemadas, en función del tipo de ejercicio realizado.

•Cuando el Gear y el dispositivo móvil estén conectados, esta función utilizará la información de ubicación del dispositivo móvil. Active la función de localización del dispositivo móvil cuando sea necesario.

•Antes de usar esta función, las mujeres embarazadas, las personas mayores, los niños pequeños y los usuarios que sufran problemas como enfermedades cardíacas crónicas o presión arterial alta, deberán solicitar el asesoramiento de un profesional médico cualificado.

•Si se siente mareado, sufre dolor o tiene dificultad para respirar al hacer ejercicio, interrumpa el uso de esta función y solicite el asesoramiento de un profesional médico cualificado.

•Si acaba de comprar o ha restablecido el Gear, cree su perfil.

•La información sobre su ubicación y la frecuencia cardíaca solo se guardarán si hace ejercicio utilizando la aplicación Exercise. Por razones de privacidad, no se presentarán ni se guardarán cuando el Gear detecte automáticamente sus actividades de ejercicio.
