•Před upgradem softwaru zkontrolujte stav baterie zařízení Gear. Před provedením upgradu softwaru plně nabijte baterii zařízení.

•Nevypínejte počítač a neodpojujte kabel USB, pokud probíhá upgrade zařízení Gear.

•Během upgradu zařízení Gear nepřipojujte k počítači další mediální zařízení. Mohlo by to způsobit narušení procesu aktualizace.

•V průběhu upgradu zařízení Gear nespouštějte další aplikace v počítači ani zařízení Gear neovládejte. Mohlo by dojít k přetížení počítače.

•Pokud dojde ke ztrátě připojení k síti Internet v průběhu upgradu softwaru, zkontrolujte kabel LAN, zda je správně připojen. Pak to zkuste znovu.

•Upgrady firmwaru budou pokračovat pouze po správném připojení zařízení Gear k počítači. Pokud je zařízení Gear správně připojeno, zobrazí se a název modelu zařízení Gear na levé straně obrazovky Samsung Kies.
