6 Μπορείτε να δείτε πληροφορίες σχετικά με την άσκηση, όπως οι θερμίδες που έχετε κάψει και η τρέχουσα ταχύτητα, κάνοντας σάρωση στην οθόνη προς τα αριστερά ή δεξιά.

Όταν κολυμπάτε, μπορείτε να ελέγχετε πρόσθετες πληροφορίες για την άσκηση, όπως την προηγούμενη χεριά και το ρυθμό σας.

•Όταν εκτελείτε έντονη άσκηση, σταματήστε να ασκείστε για σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα έτσι ώστε ο καρδιακός ρυθμός σας να μπορεί να μετρηθεί με μεγαλύτερη ακρίβεια.

•Όταν επιλέγετε Κολύμβηση, ενεργοποιείται αυτόματα η λειτουργία κλειδώματος νερού και απενεργοποιείται η οθόνη αφής. Η οθόνη αλλάζει αυτόματα και μπορείτε να ελέγξετε τις πληροφορίες σχετικά με την άσκηση.

•Όταν επιλέγετε Κολύμβηση, η καταγεγραμμένη τιμή ενδέχεται να μην είναι ακριβής στις παρακάτω περιπτώσεις:

–– Αν σταματήσετε να κολυμπάτε πριν φθάσετε στο τέλος της διαδρομής

–– Αν αλλάξετε την κολυμβητική χεριά στο μέσον της διαδρομής

–– Αν δεν κουνάτε τα χέρια σας ή κολυμπάτε χωρίς να κινείτε τα χέρια σας πριν φθάσετε στο τέλος της διαδρομής

–– Αν δεν κάνετε παύση ή ξεκινήσετε και πάλι την άσκηση πατώντας το πλήκτρο επιστροφής, αλλά τελειώσετε την άσκηση πιέζοντας το πλήκτρο επιστροφής και πατώντας ΤΕΛΟΣ

7 Για να κάνετε παύση ή να ξεκινήσετε πάλι την άσκηση, πατήστε το πλήκτρο επιστροφής. Για να τελειώσετε την άσκηση, πατήστε ΤΕΛΟΣ → αφού κάνετε παύση της άσκησης.

Για να τελειώσετε το κολύμπι, πατήστε παρατεταμένα το πλήκτρο λειτουργίας για να απενεργοποιήσετε τη λειτουργία κλειδώματος νερού πρώτα και πατήστε ΤΕΛΟΣ →.

8 Για να δείτε τις πληροφορίες σχετικά με την άσκησή σας, σαρώστε προς τα πάνω ή προς τα κάτω στην οθόνη αφού τελειώσετε την άσκηση.

Μουσική θα συνεχίσει να αναπαράγεται ακόμα και όταν τελειώσετε την άσκηση. Για να σταματήσει η αναπαραγωγή της μουσικής, σταματήστε τη μουσική πριν τελειώσετε την άσκηση ή εκκινήστε το (Μουσική) για να σταματήσετε την αναπαραγωγή της μουσικής.
