Samsung Health zaznamenává vaše aktivity během 24 hodin a povzbuzuje vás, abyste si osvojili zdravé životní návyky. Když připojujete zařízení Gear k mobilním zařízením, můžete data související se zdravím ukládat a spravovat, můžete také každý den dostávat užitečné informace týkající se vašeho zdraví.

Pokud s nasazeným zařízením Gear cvičíte déle než 10 minut, zobrazí se na zařízení motivační zpráva. Když zařízení Gear rozpozná nečinnost po dobu delší než jednu hodinu, upozorní vás a zobrazí několik protahovacích pohybů, podle kterých můžete postupovat.
