Jos laite kuumenee akkua ladattaessa

Laite ja laturi voivat kuumentua latauksen aikana. Laite voi tuntua kuumalta kosketettaessa langattoman latauksen tai pikalatauksen aikana. Tämä on laitteen normaalia toimintaa, eikä se vaikuta laitteen käyttöikään eikä suorituskykyyn. Jos akku kuumenee liikaa, laturi voi lopettaa lataamisen.

Toimi seuraavasti, jos laite kuumenee:

•Irrota laturi laitteesta ja sulje kaikki käynnissä olevat sovellukset. Odota, että laite on täysin jäähtynyt ja aloita sitten laitteen lataaminen uudelleen.

•Jos laitteen alaosa ylikuumenee, se voi johtua siitä, että yhdistetty USB-kaapeli on vaurioitunut. Vaihda vaurioitunut USB-kaapeli uuteen Samsungin hyväksymään kaapeliin.

•Langatonta laturia käyttäessäsi älä aseta laitteen ja langattoman laturin väliin mitään ylimääräistä materiaalia, kuten metalliesineitä, magneetteja tai magneettisia kortteja.

Langaton lataus tai pikalataustoiminto on käytettävissä vain tuetuissa malleissa.

Jos laite kuumenee käytön aikana

Kun käytät toimintoja tai sovelluksia, jotka vaativat paljon virtaa, tai käytät niitä pitkään, laite voi väliaikaisesti kuumentua akkuvirran runsaan kulutuksen takia. Sulje kaikki käynnissä olevat sovellukset, äläkä käytä laitetta hetkeen.
