Sovellukset

Lisätoimintojen käyttäminen

Napauttamalla Uni-näytössä voit käyttää lisätoimintoja:

•Voit näyttää aiemmin tallennetut tiedot napauttamalla Historia.

•Voit estää kaikki ilmoitukset hälytysten ilmoituksia lukuun ottamatta napauttamalla Estotila ja valitsemalla sitten Ota käyttöön.

•Saat ohjetiedot näkyviin napauttamalla Ohje.

Vain 30 viime vuorokauden tietueet tallennetaan. Voit tarkastella aiempia tietoja mobiililaitteessa, johon S Health -sovellus on asennettu.

Liikunta

Tällä sovelluksella voit määrittää ruokavalion ja kaloritavoitteet sekä suunnitella kuntoiluohjelmasi. Tarkastele päivän kuntoiluasi ja vertaa sitä kuntoilutavoitteeseesi. Voit myös tallentaa kuntoilusuorituksesi lokiin.

Kun pyöräilet tai patikoit, korkeus, nopeus ja muut tiedot tarkistetaan mobiililaitteen GPS-toiminnolla. Varmista aina tätä toimintoa käyttäessäsi, että Gear-laite ja mobiililaite on yhdistetty.

Kylmällä säällä:

•Vältä laitteen käyttämistä kylmällä säällä. Käytä laitetta sisällä mahdollisuuksien mukaan.

•Jos käytät laitetta ulkona kylmällä säällä, peitä Gear-laite hihalla ennen sen käyttämistä.

•Jos olet juuri ostanut Gear-laitteen tai nollannut sen, lue näytössä näkyvät tiedot sovelluksesta ja luo profiilisi.
