[STEP 2] Configurar o endereço IP

[STEP 3] Conexão de um computador local no roteador IP com a câmera

Execute o Instalador IP no computador local e

 

busque a câmera.

Se encontrar, clique duas vezes na câmera para

iniciar o navegador de internet e tente conectar com a câmera. Ou, inicie o navegador de internet manualmente e digite o endereço IP da câmera encontrado na barra de endereço para conectar com ela.

ex.) http://192.168.1.2

[STEP 4] Conexão à câmera de um computador de roteamento por IP externo.

Um computador de roteamento por IP externo não pode usar o Instalador IP para buscar uma câmera de

 

roteamento por IP interno. Isto é porque o Instalador IP não opera numa rede onde o gateway é diferente.

Neste caso, você pode usar o DDNS URL da câmera ou o endereço IP de Internet do roteador IP para

 

conectar à câmera de roteamento por IP interno.

Entretanto, você deve configurar o redirecionamento de porta para o roteador IP antes de poder conectar

 

à câmera de roteamento por IP interno. Para mais informação sobre redirecionamento de porta, consulte

 

"Utilização do Roteador IP": Configuração do Redirecionamento de Porta (Port Mapping).

Depois que o redirecionamento de porta for realizado, execute o navegador de Internet no computador

de roteamento por IP externo e digite o endereço DDNS URL ou o endereço IP de Internet do roteador IP na barra de endereço para conectar à câmera.

ex.) http://mfffe42.websamsung.net

Para o endereço DDNS URL, consulte o "Verificar o endereço DDNS" na página 43.

Talvez não seja possível conectar um computador remoto em uma Internet externa de uma rede LAN à uma câmera instalada na intranet se o redirecionamento de porta não for configurado apropriadamente ou houver um firewall instalado.

Para resolver o problema, entre em contato com o seu administrador de rede.
