[PASO 2] Configurar la dirección IP

Véase "Configuración de IP Estática" en la página 36 o "Configuración de IP Dinámica" en la página 40.

[PASO 3] Conectar un ordenador local en el router IP a la cámara

1 Active el Instalador IP en su ordenador local y busque la cámara.

2 Una vez encontrada, haga doble clic en la cámara para iniciar el navegador de Internet e intentar conectarse a la cámara. Si no, abra el navegador de Internet de forma manual e introduzca la dirección IP de la cámara encontrada en la barra de dirección para conectarse a ella.

[PASO 4] Conectar a la cámara desde un router IP de un ordenador externo

1 Un router IP de un ordenador externo no puede utilizar el Instalador IP para buscar un router IP de una cámara interna. Se debe a que el Instalador IP no funciona en una red donde la puerta de enlace sea diferente.

2 En este caso, puede utilizar la URL DDNS de la cámara o la dirección IP de Internet del router IP para conectar al router IP de una cámara interna.

3 Sin embargo, debe configurar el reenvío de puertos para el router IP antes de que puede conectar con el router IP de la cámara interna desde un ordenador remoto. Para obtener más información sobre el reenvío de puertos, véase Uso del Router IP: Configuración (Mapeo de Puertos) de Reenvío de Puertos.

4 Una vez se haya realizado el reenvío de puertos, active el navegador de Internet en el router IP del ordenador externo e introduzca la dirección URL DDNS o la dirección IP de Internet del router IP en la barra de dirección para conectar con la cámara.

Un ordenador remoto con una Internet externa fuera de la red LAN podría no poder conectarse a la cámara instalada en la intranet, en caso de que el reenvío de puertos no esté correctamente configurado o se haya instalado un cortafuegos.

En este caso, para solucionar el problema, póngase en contacto con su administrador de red.
