To set up call restriction:

1.	Press	MENU	, followed by	#	for Settings.
2.	Press	OK	for Others.	Space

3.	Press	1	for Call Setup.
4.	Press	DEF	for Restriction.

5.Enter your lock code. (The security menu is displayed.)

Tip: If you can’t recall your lock code, try using the last four digits of either your Social Insurance Number or Mobile Directory Number or try 0000. If none of these work, call Customer Service at 1-800-Samsung.

6.	Press 1 for Outgoing Call.
7.	Select Allow All, Contacts Only, or Special# Only and press	MENU	.
		OK

Call Answer

To set the actions required to answer an incoming call:

1.	Press	MENU	, followed by	#	for Settings.
2.	Press	OK	for Others.	Space

3.	Press	1	for Call Setup.
4.	Press	4GHI	for Call Answer and select one of the following:
	• Any Key			• Talk Key		• Flip Open
5.	Press	MENU	to save and exit.
		OK

Auto Answer

To answer calls when your phone is connected to an optional hands-free car kit or head set:

1.	Press	MENU	, followed by	#	for Settings.
		OK		Space
2.	Press	7	for Others.

3.	Press 1		for Call Setup.
4.	Press	5	for Auto Answer.

5.	Press the navigation key up or down to select Yes or No.
6.	Press	MENU	to save and exit.
