•Använda funktionen Schedule(Schema)

Använd funktionen Schedule för att hantera projektorerna på ett effektivare sätt. Om du väljer List>Schedule, visas följande fönster.

Skärmen har fyra knappar:

•New : Skapar en projektor för att göra ett Schedule.

•Delete : Tar bort schemat för en vald projektor.

•Delete All: Tar bort schemat för alla projektorer.

•Edit: Redigerar schemat för en vald projektor.

•Registrera ett New Schedule(Nytt schema)

Följ stegen nedan för att registrera dig för ett nytt schema: 1. Tryck på knappen New. Skärmen New Schedule visas.

2.Välj projektorerna som ska användas för det nya schemat fill fältet från Select Projectors. När du väljer en projektor visas en bockmarkering i kryssrutan till vänster.

3.Ställ in det nya schemat för Title, Repeat, Time, och Work, och ange Description för schemat.Förklaringar för var och en av termerna ges nedan.

-Title : Anger namnet på ett schema

-Repeat : Anger upprepning för schemat (Once - verkställs bara en gång, Every - anger ett repetitionsdatum)

-Time : Fastställer tiden för vilken ett schema verkställs

-Work : Ställer in Source switch eller Power On/Off

-Description : Visar en detaljerad beskrivning av ett schema

4.Efter att du har angett all information trycker du på ADD.

Du kan visa registreringshistoriken för ett schema. Du kan även visa status för ett schema. Statuskoderna finns nedan: -Complete: Schema klart.

-Waiting: Schema väntar fortfarande på verkställande.

-Running: Repeterat schema körs.
