Using burst modes p A S M s

It can be difficult to take photos of fast-moving subjects or capture natural facial expressions and gestures of your subjects in photos. Also, it can be difficult to adjust the exposure correctly and select a proper light source. In these cases, select one of the burst modes.

You can use the flash, only when you select Single.

Depending on the selected face detection option, some burst options are not available.

Taking continuous photos

1 Rotate the drive mode dial to C.

2 Press and hold [Shutter].

While you are pressing [Shutter], the camera takes photos continuously.

The maximum number of photos depends on the capacity of your memory card.

When taking continuous photos, the status lamp may blink.

Even if the drive mode dial is rotated to C, your camera may take a single photo depending on the selected options or modes.
