For at aktivere Kropskontrol skal du se ind i kameraet og hæve din hånd fra en behagelig stilling med pegefingeren vendende opad og flytte den langsomt til venstre eller højre. Når din hånd er genkendt korrekt af tv-kameraet, aktiveres Kropskontrol, og der vises en markør på skærmen.

"" Hvis Kropskontrol er aktiveret, vises et pop op-vindue, og du føres dig gennem den grundlæggende brug af Kropskontrol.

"" Flytter du din hånd udenfor tv-kameraets område, deaktiveres Kropskontrol. For at genaktivere Kropskontrol skal du blot hæve din hånd mod tv-kameraet i løbet af 3 sekunder.

"" Genkendelsen afsluttes muligvis, hvis pegefingeren ikke er strakt helt ud, eller den bevæges for hurtigt.
