●● L'utente deve posizionarsi a una distanza compresa tra 1,5 e 4,0m dalla webcam. Il raggio d'azione effettivo può variare in base all'angolo di ripresa della webcam TV e ad altri fattori.

●● Un'appropriata illuminazione ambientale è compresa tra 50 e 500 lux. (100 lux: stanza da bagno, 400 lux: soggiorno)

●● La funzione Riconoscimento facciale è in grado di riconoscere fino a 5 diversi utenti contemporaneamente.

●● Il televisore può incontrare difficoltà nel riconoscere come persone diverse i volti di gemelli o di persone con tratti somatici molto simili.

●● Considerare quanto segue durante l'uso del Riconoscimento facciale.

––Non coprire il volto con i capelli, un cappello o con occhiali da sole.

––Il volto deve essere completamente visibile all'obiettivo della webcam TV. Evitare ombre e riflessi sul volto. Ombre e riflessi non consentono un preciso riconoscimento del volto.

––Mantenere l'espressione più neutra possibile. Inoltre, tenere le labbra chiuse nel modo più naturale possibile.

––Quando si accede al proprio account Samsung, l'espressione del viso deve essere uguale a quella del volto registrato. Espressione facciale in fase di registrazione.
