Den ideelle visningsafstand bør være mindst tre gange skærmens højde. 3D-billeder vises muligvis ikke, hvis du ikke overholder den anbefalede visningsvinkel og -afstand.

3D-funktionen fungerer måske ikke korrekt, hvis andre 3D-produkter eller en elektronisk enhed i nærheden er tændt. Hvis der er et problem: Hold andre elektroniske enheder så langt væk som muligt fra dine aktive 3D-briller.
