Uso del Reconocimiento facial

Puede registrar su cara usando la cámara del televisor y conectarse a su cuenta de Samsung mediante la función de reconocimiento facial. Solo se puede registrar una cara por cuenta. Según el nivel de iluminación ambiental y las sombras sobre la cara, el televisor puede tener dificultades para reconocerla.

Si su televisor es un modelo de la serie 9000 o su televisor no cuenta con una cámara incorporada con los modelos de la serie SEK-3500 del UHD Evolution Kit instalado, el televisor debe conectarse a una cámara opcional para usar esta función. La cámara opcional del televisor se debe conectar al puerto USB exclusivo de la parte posterior del televisor. Otros puertos USB no admiten la cámara del televisor o el Reconocimiento facial.

Registro de la cara en su cuenta de Samsung

Seleccione después de introducir la contraseña de su cuenta. Cree una cuenta de Samsung si aún no dispone de ninguna, seleccione Tomar imagen y enmarque la cara dentro del círculo rojo. Cuando el círculo cambia a verde, el televisor ha reconocido su cara.
