Aplicação Samsung Connect

A Aplicação Samsung Connect só é compatível com modelos que têm uma função Wi-Fi.

Configuração do router sem fios

ffConsulte o manual do utilizador do router sem fios se tiver problemas de acesso. ffO Samsung POWERbot apenas suporta Wi-Fi 2.4 Ghz.

ffO Samsung POWERbot suporta IEEE 802.11b/g/n e Soft-AP.

–– Recomenda-se IEEE 802.11n.

ffO Samsung POWERbot apenas suporta DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol). Certifique-se de que a opção do servidor DHCP está activada no seu router sem fios.

ffPOWERbot suporta WEP-OPEN, WPA-PSK/TKIP e WPA2-PSK/AES para os protocolos de autenticação e encriptação.

––Recomenda-se WPA2-PSK/AES.

––Confirme que o seu router tem uma SSID e uma palavra-passe únicas.

ffA qualidade da ligação da rede sem fios pode ser influenciada pelo ambiente sem fios circundante.

ffSe o seu fornecedor de serviço de Internet tiver registado permanentemente o endereço MAC (número de identificação único) do seu PC ou modem, pode não ser possível ligar o seu POWERbot à Internet. Pergunte ao seu fornecedor de serviço de Internet qual o procedimento para ligar um aparelho que não um PC à Internet.

ffSe o seu fornecedor de serviço de Internet necessitar da sua ID ou palavra-passe para ligar à Internet, poderá não ser possível ligar o seu POWERbot. Se for este caso, tem de introduzir a sua ID ou palavra-passe ao ligar-se à Internet.

ffO POWERbot pode não conseguir ligar-se à Internet devido a problemas de firewall. Contacte o seu fornecedor de serviço de Internet para resolver estas questões.

ffAlguns routers sem fios podem transmitir um endereço DNS (Domain Name Server) anormal mesmo que a Internet não esteja ligada. Se isto ocorrer, contacte o fabricante do seu router sem fios e o seu fornecedor de serviço de Internet.

ffSe não conseguir ligar-se à Internet mesmo depois de tentar o procedimento indicado pelo fornecedor de serviço de Internet, contacte um centro de assistência autorizado da Samsung.

ffSe o seu router não for um produto certificado para Wi-Fi, poderá não conseguir ligar o POWERbot à Internet.
