•Asiguraţi-vă că nu există rufe prinse în uşa de adăugare.

•Ţineţi animalele de casă la distanţă de maşina de spălat, cu precădere de uşa de adăugare.

•Când spălaţi cu apă caldă, este posibil să aveţi impresia că prin uşa de adăugare se scurge apă, după deschiderea şi închiderea acesteia. Acest lucru este normal, deoarece aburul care iese în urma deschiderii uşii de adăugare s-a răcit şi a format picături de apă pe suprafaţă.

•La închiderea uşii de adăugare, uşa se etanşează şi nu mai permite scurgerea apei. Totuşi, este posibil să se creeze impresia unei scurgeri de apă în jurul uşii – apa reziduală rămasă în jurul uşii de adăugare poate forma picături. Acest lucru este normal.

•Nici uşa principală şi nici uşa de adăugare nu poate fi deschisă atunci când temperatura apei depăşeşte 50 °C. Dacă nivelul apei din interiorul tamburului depăşeşte un anumit punct, uşa principală nu poate fi deschisă.
