Pumbafiltrit on soovitatav puhastada 5–6 korda aastas, et vältida selle ummistumist. Ummistunud pumbafilter võib vähendada mulliefekti.

1. Lülitage pesumasin välja ja eemaldage toitejuhe vooluvõrgust.

2. Laske trumlisse jäänud veel välja voolata. Vt jaotist Hädaolukorra väljalaskevoolik.

3. Avamiseks vajutage õrnalt filtrikatte ülaosa.

4. Keerake pumbafiltri nuppu vasakule ja laske järelejäänud veel välja voolata.

5. Puhastage pumbafilter pehme harja abil. Veenduge, et filtris olev äravoolupumba tiivik poleks ummistunud.

6. Pange pumbafilter tagasi ja keerake filtrinuppu paremale.

Kui pumbafilter on ummistunud, kuvatakse näidikul teabekood „5C”.
