To select an image type for an entry:

1. Follow steps 1-3 on the previous page.

2. Highlight Imageand press .

3. Select a menu by scrolling up or down and press .

4. Highlight your desired image type and press .

Normalto set Image to the Incoming Calls setting

(see page 31).

Noneto turn the image type off.

Get Newto start up the Browser so you can select an item to

download.

5. Press (left softkey).

To see a display preview of an image,press (right

softkey)during step 5 above.Then press (right

softkey)to see the Sub LCD preview.(You may also check the

image through the external display.)

If you set an animation ringer (indicated with icon)and an

image,your phone plays the ringer (audio)of the animation

ringer and displays the image you selected.

Selecting a Ringer/Image Type for an Entry

Youcan assign a ringer/image type to a Contacts entry so you

can identify the caller by the ringer or image type.

To select a ringer type for an entry:

1. Press the navigation key right.

2. Select the entry you want to set as the incoming ringer and

press .

3. Highlight a phone number,press (right softkey),

highlight Edit,and press .

– or –

Highlight an Email address or Web address,and press

(right softkey).

4. Select the menu under Ringerand press .

5. Select a ringer type by scrolling up or down and press .

Ringer Typeto select a ringer type.You can hear each ringer

type by scrolling.

Ringer & Voiceto notify you with Ringer and Voice.

Vibrateto notify you by vibrating.

Normalto set Ringer to the With Caller ID or Roaming setting

(see page 22).

Noneto turn the ringer type off.

Get Newto start up the Browser so you can select an item to

download.

6. Press (left softkey).

To confirm the ringer,highlight Ringerand press (right

softkey).
