i As a precaution against losing data in case of a problem with your hard disk that prevents you from accessing your saved files, it’s a good practice to regularly make backup copies, on a DVD for example, of the files in the hard disk you are using for the Xacti Library. Sanyo Electric shall not be held responsible for loss of files/data due to failure of your hard disk.

i Sanyo Electric shall not be held responsible for any losses or loss of revenue resulting from the loss of data caused by the malfunction, or the repairing of a malfunction, of the camera.

i The images captured with this camera will differ in quality from pictures taken with a standard film camera.
