13.1Before performing maintenance, unplug and disconnect battery charger

(see sections 6.7 and 7.6).

13.2After use, unplug charger and use a dry cloth to wipe all battery corrosion and other dirt or oil from terminals, cords, and the charger case.

13.3Servicing does not require opening unit, as there are no user-serviceable parts.

14.1Store charger unplugged, in an upright position. Cord will still conduct electricity until it is unplugged from outlet.

14.2Store inside, in a dry, cool place (unless you’re using an on-board Marine Charger ).
