2.10.1 Ambient temperature
Ambient temperature is defined as the temperature of the environment immediately surrounding the drive.
Duty 50%, power-on hours (POH) of 8,760 per year (24 hours per day, 7 days per week operation). Actual
drive case temperature should not exceed 45°C (113°F) within the operating ambient conditions.
Above 1,000 feet (305 meters), the maximum temperature is derated linearly by 1°C every 1000 feet.
