edges to prevent curling, but do not cut into the lean.
Broiler pan used without insert or insert covered with foil. DO NOT use the
broiler pan without insert or cover insert with foil.
Broiler drawer open. Make suredrawer is closed when broiling.
Broiler drawer needs cleaning. Excessive smoke is caused by old grease orfood
spatters. If the broiler isused often, clean on a regular basis.
Poor baking results. If baked food items are too dark on top or bottom, allow the ovento preheat
to aset temperature before placingfood inthe oen. Set temperature 25°Flower
than recommended. Make sure the proper rack position is usedwhen baking.
If food is not done after the recommended time, increase the settemperature
by 25°F,
