Le récepteur EM 1031-U contient deux étages d´entrée séparés pour les antennes A et B. Le récepteur commute toujours sur l´ antenne qui capte le signal le plus fort, ce signal sera ensuite traité.

Ce procédé s´appelle “diversity”. Il aide à compenser les trous d´intensité de champ et le rapport signal/bruit peut être amélioré de 26 dB, la fiabilité est alors 20 fois plus élevée.

L2 indique le canal diversity actif.

Il ricevitore EM 1031-U contiene due parti di entrata separate per le antenne A e B. La commutazione viene effettuata automaticamente sul segnale con la maggiore ricezione, che viene trasmesso per essere ulteriormente elaborato.

Il principio di funzionamento viene denominato “funzionamento Diversity”. Esso aiuta a compensare i “vuoti dell’intensità di campo” e può apportare un guadagno fino a 26 dB nel rapporto disturbo/segnale utile, la sicurezza di esercizio aumenta all’incirca del fattore 20.

L2 indica il canale Diversity ricevuto.

De ontvanger EM 1031-U bevat twee gescheiden ingangsgedeelten voor de antennes A en B. Er wordt automatisch omgeschakeld naar het signaal, dat sterker wordt ontvangen. Dit signaal wordt verwerkt.

Dit principe wordt aangeduid als “diversity-functie”. Hiermede kunnen “veldsterktegaten” worden gecompenseerd en er kan een betere signaal- ruis-verhouding tot 26 dB worden bewerkstelligd. De veiligheid wordt hierdoor ongeveer met de factor 20 verhoogd.
