Der PXC 300 reduziert diesen Lärm durch seine geschlossene Bauweise und seine aktive Lärmkompensation NoiseGard™, die Sie bei Bedarf einschalten (ON). Die NoiseGard™-Technologie wurde von Sennheiser entwickelt und ist heute weltweit in vielen Cockpits im Einsatz.

Less stress due to less noise. Ambient noise, such as engine noise on long flights, is a big contributor to stress and fatigue. The PXC 300 reduces this noise thanks to its closed design and its NoiseGard™ noise compensation system, which you can turn on when necessary (ON). The NoiseGard™ technology has been developed by Sennheiser and is now used in many cockpits throughout the world.

Die aktive Lärmkompensation NoiseGard™ basiert auf dem Prinzip der Auslöschung von Schall im tieffrequenten Bereich durch Gegenschall (phaseninverser Schall). Winzige Mikrofone nehmen dazu den Umgebungslärm auf. Die NoiseGard™-Elektronik erzeugt dann eine Schallwelle, die zum Störschall um 180° phasenverschoben ist - mit dem Ergebnis, dass sich beide Schallwellen gegenseitig annähernd aufheben. Das Musiksignal wird dagegen fast unverändert wiedergegeben.

NoiseGard™ against ambient noise

NoiseGard™ active noise compensation is based on the principle of cancelling out sound in the low frequency range using counter-sound (inverse phase sound). To do this, tiny microphones record the ambient noise. The NoiseGard™ electronics then create a sound wave, which is phase modified by 180° compared to the noise - which results in the two sound waves almost completely cancelling one another out. The music signal, on the other hand, is played back almost unchanged.

Advanced Circuit Technology

Reduced susceptibility to mobile phone interference due to optimized circuit technology.

ATTENTION: Avoid using headphones with the volume turned up for an extended period of time. Doing so can damage your hearing. It is advisable to keep the volume at a moderate level at all times. For your own safety, please do not use when driving or cycling.

Use only quality alkaline batteries in your NoiseGard headphones. If, by any chance, during NoiseGard operation, you can hear crackling or sizzling, or if dropouts occur, this can be due to the battery contact areas. If this happens, clean the battery contact areas by rubbing them on a rough surface and re-insert the batteries.
